Dikshatek was born in 2016 and throughout these years Dikshatek has been a great company to work for both our customers and employees.
Dikshatek is the combination of two words “Diksha” and Tek. Diksha is the Sanskrit word for “initiation.” It is beginning of a practise in religions such as Buddism and Hinduism. Tek is the short form of the Bahasa Indonesia word Teknologi.
Our Evolution
In 2016, our journey began with a vision to deliver innovative IT solutions in Indonesia. We started off with a small team and a limited range of IT services, but we have grown to become a leading IT solution provider to Tier-1 customers across Indonesia.
As part of our expansion strategy, we launched operations in Malaysia in 2024, further extending our reach and capabilities. This move enables us to bring our expertise and services to new markets, driving growth and strengthening our industry position. At Dikshatek Malaysia, we are committed to connecting exceptional professionals with outstanding opportunities, working closely with businesses to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Today, we serve customers across SEA, offering a wide range of services. We continue to evolve and adapt to meet the changing needs of our customers and the industry.
