QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

 Diploma or above in Computer

Science or related discipline

 Minimum 2 years working

experience

 Sound experience in AS/400,

Control M, Microsoft Azure, AWS

Cloud.

 Holder of ITIL V3 Foundation

certificate is preferable.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Good interpersonal and

communication skills to handle

both internal and external

customers.

 Good command of both written

and spoken English and

Japanese. Japanese language

proficiency is a mandatory

requirement and not optional for

this position.

 7*24 Shift duty is required

 The work schedule is on-site with

12-hour shifts for four days,

followed by four days off, including

weekends and public holidays.
