Job Summary:
The Senior Executive/Manager – Finance & Administration will be responsible for managing financial operations and administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting skills and a solid understanding of travel industry operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
• Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (SST, corporate tax, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning.
Administration
• Maintain company licenses, permits, and statutory documentation.
• Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support HR functions: onboarding, leave tracking, and employee records.
• Coordinate internal meetings, travel fairs, and company events.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and IT support coordination.
Candidate Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel or service industry.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Sabre Ticketing System/ Power Suite) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
