Job Responsibility:
- Responsible to sell and marketing Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches (nation-wide)
- Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments andprovide financial advisory service to customer
- Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure.
- To build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling
- Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer.
- Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode,change in plans, trustee appointment, top-ups.
Who is qualified?
- Candidate with 3 years or above relevant experiences is added advantage.
- Anyone with working experienced are welcome. Coaching and buddy support system
are well established for freshy
- Candidate possess at least Diploma/Degree or,
- SPM holders must obtained 5 passes (inclusive BM) and at least full 3 years working
experience
- An outgoing personality and able to engage conversation with all level of people
- Good communication in Mandarin and English will have added advantages due to
business needs
- Individual who likes challenge yourself, resourceful, results driven and aspire to achieve
high variable income
