Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible to sell and marketing Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches (nation-wide)
  • Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments andprovide financial advisory service to customer
  • Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure.
  • To build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling
  • Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer.
  • Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode,change in plans, trustee appointment, top-ups.

 

Who is qualified?

  • Candidate with 3 years or above relevant experiences is added advantage. 
  • Anyone with working experienced are welcome. Coaching and buddy support system

are well established for freshy

  • Candidate possess at least Diploma/Degree or,
  • SPM holders must obtained 5 passes (inclusive BM) and at least full 3 years working

experience

  • An outgoing personality and able to engage conversation with all level of people
  • Good communication in Mandarin and English will have added advantages due to

business needs

  • Individual who likes challenge yourself, resourceful, results driven and aspire to achieve

high variable income
