Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting macOS systems. This role involves supporting end-users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operation across both Mac and Windows environments.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for macOS devices (MacBook, iMac, etc.) including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications across Mac and Windows platforms
• Support network connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and asset inventory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT operations and projects
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in IT support, with at least 1–2 years focused on macOS troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF Pro, or similar Mac management tools
• Strong understanding of macOS environments (Monterey, Ventura, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
