Junior Digital Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop engaging captions, post ideas, and short-form content (e.g., reels, stories, carousels)
- Monitor performance and trends to optimize content
- Coordinate with designers
Content Strategy
- Brainstorm and propose campaign ideas aligned with current hiring trends and tech updates
- Repurpose blog or job post content into bite-sized visuals/videos
- Stay updated with digital trends in recruitment and IT sectors
Digital Campaign Support (Basic)
- Support ongoing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns
- Basic understanding of GA4 to track traffic and engagement metrics
- Assist with SEO basics (like keyword usage in captions or post titles)
Requirements
- 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Prior experience in a recruitment firm, staffing agency, or IT consulting company preferred
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.)
- Knowledge of paid campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus
- Working knowledge of GA4, hashtags, SEO fundamentals
- Good English writing skills for captions, hashtags, and social copy
