QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's or higher in Information
Technology, Computer Science,
Statistics, or similar is preferred
• Tester or automation experience,
insurance industry is preferred
• Familiar with Python language,
Selenium and Appium mechanism
is preferred
• Fast learning and willing to learn is
preferred
• A good team player
• Good communication and
interpersonal skills
• Good command of both reading
and written English and Chinese,
Cantonese is preferred
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Know basic insurance knowledge.
• Detail-minded and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office

Python, Selenium, Automation Testing, Manual Testing, SIT, UAT, Test Case Execution, Test Data Preparation, Defect Reporting, Test Script Debugging
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
• Create test data required to perform
UAT/SIT
• Able to use existing automation tools to
execute huge or complex cases, analyst
the automation results and summary to a
clear user report.
• Able to debug and enhance the
automation scripts basic on requirement
needs
• Able to use Python\VBA to design
automation tools to facilitate work
• Execute test scripts and Document
defects to support project roll-out
• Report test results and defect logs in an
efficient and detail manner
Follow up with FWD BU IT Team to
resolve the defects
• Work with different internal parties to
ensure the testing is carried out correctly
• Provide ad-hoc support when required
