Business Development Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a university of good repute.
- In-depth understanding of the Industry and connect
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Has a good database of customers who can be onboarded quickly

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Demand Generation: Identify and onboard new clients while generating business opportunities across sectors.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market assessments to evaluate growth potential, creating and implementing business plans for market entry and expansion.
- Inside Sales Leadership: Lead the inside sales team by managing recruitment, training, task delegation, performance evaluations, and feedback delivery.
- Revenue Growth: Drive business growth and increase market share through innovative and effective sales strategies.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic account plans, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with top-tier clients.
