Malaysia Sales JD 2025 Position: Senior Sales – Hunter Role (Malaysia)
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Identity Management Application Security solutions on Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On, Identity and Access Management solutions for enterprise customers in Malaysia. Knowledge on enterprise digital journey is preferred.
Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing net-new business within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with CIOs and other senior IT decisionmakers, understanding their business challenges, strategic priorities, and IT roadmaps.
Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans focused on market penetration, leveraging all available resources including marketing, sales development, and channel partners.
Foster direct customer engagement and fast-track pipeline growth through executive alignment and strategic channel partnerships.
Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM discipline to support sales planning and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required;
At least 10 years’ of IT software, solutions and/or services sales experience, C-suite coverage in Enterprise Sector will be an advantage
Demonstrated success in a hunter role with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience in enterprise security solution selling with specialization in Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Solutions will be a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English i.e. speak and write; preferably with good exposure to MNC working culture and environment;
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills i.e. strong coverage and relationship, preferably C/EVP/FVP level in the Major accounts to achieve sales goals. Strong and proven track record in account management and channel sales
Strong problem resolution with good leadership, decision making and analytical skills.
