Job Description:

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands on experience in design & development, implementation of CIAM
• solution
• Developed/implemented roadmaps CIAM capabilities and led multi-functional execution to drive initiatives to completion
• CIAM Platform establishment in on-prem and cloud env
• Customer application integration/onboarding to CIAM platform
• Implementing customized CIAM use cases and solution such as User Registration, Social Login, Progressive Profiling, Privacy & Consent management etc.
• Designing and implementing Third Party integration via Federation
• Prior experience with Customer data and credential migration strategy, implementation
• CIAM policy set up, audit compliance and implementing governance framework
• Deep understanding of CIAM technologies, controls, and standard methodologies (LDAP, user directories, certificates, SAML/OAUTH, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, FIDO, WebAuthN, Passwordless)
• Experience with Risk Based Authentication, Fraud prevention techniques
• Strong experience in API Access Management
• Working knowledge of fraud detection, identity proofing, and identity verification technologies.
• Expertise in a CIAM platform such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity
• Working knowledge of CIAM principles in cloud first environment.
• Knowledge of software development security and Agile methodology.
• Working experience on cloud environment like AWS, Azure
• Strong knowledge of web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST.

Good to Have:

• Hands on experience working on programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and other development frameworks.
• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
• Knowledge of REST API call.
• Knowledge of DevOps tool.
• Know how to influence technology teams to deliver a streamlined customer identity experience
• Experience influencing teams and partners without direct authority over them
• Built relationships with partners across all levels and departments
