Position Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for Lenorasoft’s e-Invoicing & FinTech solutions. This role involves lead generation, cold calling, product demonstrations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth in the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients, including MSMEs, & large enterprises
✔ Client Engagement & Sales: Conduct sales pitches, schedule and deliver product demos, and close deals.
✔ Market Research: Gather intelligence on competitors, customer pain points, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
2 ✔ Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
✔ Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely followups.
✔ Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
� Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or IT.
� Experience: • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in FinTech, SaaS, or IT solutions. • Prior experience selling ERP, e-Invoicing, or accounting software solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of LHDN’s e-Invoicing regulations and financial compliance standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
✔ Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong understanding of financial software, SST, and taxation processes.
✔ Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
✔ Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with a target-based environment.
✔ Open to travel across Malaysia for client meetings.
